All common stains are removed, just like normal washing powder. The only problem is that soap nuts cannot remove very stubborn stains, e.g. red wine or blood, just as conventional washing powder cannot.\u003cbr\u003e\n What surprised us during our tests was that the laundry was pleasantly soft after washing - just like after a wash with fabric softener added! Soap nuts are a great alternative, especially for allergy sufferers, sensitive people and neurodermatitis patients.
